Wow, I got a thousand hits. Probably just from the thoughtful counter-watchers, since I don't have any real content yet. X3 The sad thing is I bet that's more hits than my entire webcomic (which I still plan to resurrect... eventually) ever got. So, yeah! I'm going to do stuff.. when I get the time between excessive flooding from Jeanne, and schoolwork! Woo!

Just to get a new journal entry... Yes, I actually saw a movie. Everyone calm down. I'm going to precede to give you my two cents on it:

If you wanted a sequel that followed the game storyline... yeah, you're out of luck. That, and during the action scenes, they switched the camera angles SO much, I got a bit dizzy. It was rediculious. The matrix rip-offs made me chuckle though, as well as the comic relief character (trying my best not to give spoilers here to those who haven't seen it). Nemesis DID say his line though. S.T.A.R.S ... albeit only once, it ilicted from me and my friends a hearty "YES!" reaction. They DID mangle the game storyline though. But i'll give them kudos for putting Jill into her RE3 costume. ... much kudos. The ending was a bit disenheartening at first, then goes straight into blatent sequel prepping, though.

My ratings:

As a stand-alone action horror flick, 4 out of 5 waffles.
As a sequel to the previous movie and to the franchise: 2 out of 5 waffles.

Almost 666 page views.... I suppose it'd be a shame not to commerate that, wouldn't it? *shrug* Someone grab a shot of it?

I still need to work on my tablet work, it's too jagged for my taste. That, and shading.
